Rocket languages really gave me the tools to succeed in my new language. My husband had brought me another Spanish App, but Rocket Spanish I really enjoy much better, it is easy to remember. I highly recommend Rocket Languages to all my friends trying to learn a new language. Learning with this system felt practically effortless. I will try to purchase this App before it expires its Earlybird Sale.

There are so many ways you can learn. Being a visual learner, I'm very thankful that the audio lessons don't just have the audios, but also the written out versions and translations. It makes learning a easy and fun.

This is a great learning experience. I am only on the first lesson, but I believe it will really help me learn Spanish at a fraction of the cost of other self-teaching lessons. My wife and daughters have learned Spanish in school and be traveling in Mexico and Spain. I am needing to catch up with them. I am seriously considering buying additional courses for my wife in other languages.

I absolutely love Rocket Spanish. I have tried so many programs from Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur, italki, and many more. This is by far the most beneficial program. It has a fantastic method of teaching. I am a Puerto Rican who spoke no Spanish and now living in Florida I see what a disadvantage speaking no Spanish was doing to me. After only completing half of lesson one, I am now able to hold somewhat of a basic conversation and it's only getting better. It really breaks down on how to read, write, pronounce, and use the vocabulary in the correct order. I am beyond grateful to Rocket Language. It's such a breeze that after this I am going to buy the Rocket French because I am that confident with this program. It's not only helping me with my native language but it's helped me to realize that I love learning different languages, and how much I want to venture out and try many more now. So, I have finished all of level one of Rocket Spanish and am ready to write a review. Full disclosure. I had a good base of Spanish when starting this program so I was not a total beginner.

1. I loved the level one course.
2. The conversations with Mauricio and Amy were great.
3. The grammar lessons in the language and culture sections give important lessons on Spanish grammar. They are a little dry and can be difficult to get through, but it is grammar what do you expect?
4. The flashcards, hear it, write it, know it, and quiz at the end we're all great reviews to make sure you remembered the new stuff. (Though a little monotonous).
5. The price I paid was well worth it. I bought all 3 levels and got a great deal through The Mezzofanti Guild. If you look around the internet, you will find great discounts.
6. I really liked the fact that when you buy Rocket Language you get the course for life. Most other programs have a monthly fee and when you stop paying your access stops.
7. I have read some reviews that Amy is annoying. I did not find that to be the case in the level 1 course. I did do the first lesson in level 2 and Amy was a little annoying in that one so we shall see how that goes.

There are a lot of Spanish programs to choose from. I looked at a lot of reviews before deciding on Rocket Spanish and I am glad I chose this program to enhance my Spanish speaking.

Overall, Rocket Languages is, without a doubt, well worth the
price. The value for your money is the best. There really is not
a better foreign language program out there. I have tried others
as they do not match the quality of Rocket's.

I've lived as a US expat in Mexico for more than 2 years, and until now my Spanish has been poor.

1) As a big expat town, it's easy to speak English here and this can slow progress. Ex: (I get in a taxi. Me--"Hola, Señor. Sabes donde esta..." He--"Where you want to go?" (sigh))

2) My first teacher was a 70 year old Mexican woman. Great gal, and I really liked her program. But, by her own admission, some of the later installments were prepared when she'd smoked a bit too much mota. :-/

3) My second teacher was a young Mexican man over iTalki. Very patient, and a great teacher, but his program essentially involved him giving very interesting lectures over Skype and waiting while I wrote nearly everything down. There were no practice materials to go along with it. Nice guy, great teacher--but it's not just that I wasn't learning to speak the language; it was more that I couldn't understand how I EVER would with no drills and practice based upon his lectures. :-/

4) So now I've found Rocket Spanish. After the above experience--and Pimsleur (which I like but consider limited)-- I'm convinced this is precisely the program for me. I get all the practice I want, and the gamification employed has gotten me addicted.

It's the best online language class I've taken so far! It was fun and really easy to learn Korean if you put the time in. Or any characterized language I'm more than satisfied with the outcome. I really found this helpful and easy. 10/10 highly recommended it!
