Here I go again, I thought! Yet another attempt to learn a language I have been studying from the age of 11 years. I am now nearly 70. I just don't seem to be grasping the speaking part! I can understand reasonably well what is spoken to me, but by the time the brain cells function and my mouth begins to open another topic as been started. Enter Rocket Language, stage left. Brilliant! I can start where I want. I can dip in, dip out, go back, go forward, become extremely studious or just forget it. Just what I need for my type of lifestyle. To top it all there are those little stealthy reminders that gnaw on your conscience sending little waves of guilt through the synapses of your brain. Would I recommend it? Yes! It encourages me to keep moving sometimes slowly, sometimes quickly, but ever forward. Kieran

It's just awesome, so easy to learn at your own pace, at your own place. The voices are perfect, clean and warm, which I like the most. Everything that you need to know is explained in detail, and every word is recorded that you can hear it again, many times you want, just wonderful. Warmest recommendations!

The Rocket Language method is excellent, effective, productive - demanding, and worth the effort required.
The endlessly repeatable audio challenges are especially valuable. Genuine fluency requires fluent hearing as well as speech - the audio features of this course, alone, are worth the price of admission.

I'm really happy with the way Rocket Chinese structures the lessons with lots of repetition. I also look forward to Rocket review after each lesson! I can definitely say I'm having fun learning Chinese.

I love Rocket Languages because this was how I started out with Spanish and thus got to know the language from the initial stage. Today I'm still using it. I would recommend Rocket Languages to anybody who wants to learn Spanish.

Rocket German is one part of my tools to learn German. What I like about Rocket German is "throwing" you into the language and having to speak real German in real conversations. I really like the new dashboard, it makes it much easier to follow my progress and have gone back to pickup those areas I missed or was weak in.

I was looking for this too long in google, nothing's better than here in learning a new language , it's exciting , interesting as well..
i looooove how are the host is making me feeling like wow i made it , it's encouraging me to continue .. and i just love it <3 ..
i hope i'm gonna be as a native chinese speaker soon..

I had used Living Language's NOOK tablet app, which opened my eyes to just how helpful computer-based language learning could be. I also tried Rosetta's app. As I researched available systems, I discovered Rocket Languages Chinese (Mandarin). After only a few weeks' study, using Rocket Chinese, I was able to greet,and exchange pleasantries with ,Dr Paul Lam,in his native Mandarin! He even complimented me on my correct use of tones, then asked how I learned. Of course, I was thrilled to tell him about Rocket Chinese. The Rocket Chinese course really brings the language alive ;while allowing the learner to progress at their own pace. I wish the Premium Plus level had more exposition of grammar; but overall, Rocket Languages provides unbeatable "bang-for-your-buck". Using Rocket Chinese, I have reached a level where I can now start to use more- traditional, book based grammars,and make sense of the material- whereas, before , the books were just mute, and cryptic, and I just was not absorbing the lessons. Rocket is the way to go!

It´s great to be able to have your own tutor!!You can" make" him/her repeat as many times as you need.It´s also great to see how the pitch,speed and flow goes in the display.These are my first baby steps and I looking forward for more!!!
