Indeed it is a very good French Language program.
But, do really expect people to believe so called " discounts/Coupon Applied!! , Early Bird Discount, Save Hundreds!!" and pay all that money for a language program!!
If you had any respect to your potential students you would offer a real, genuine price!! NOT DANGLING CARROTS !!

Response from Rocket Languages

Hi SS - We provide the most comprehensive language learning courses on the market, with well over 120 hours worth of tuition per level. In addition, it is a one-off cost for lifetime access, including any updates we make. So, if you are looking at language learning as a lifetime investment then we are very reasonably priced imho!

The Rocket approach to teaching a foreign language, improving conversational French in my case, makes the process a pleasure to follow. There is great variety of subjects covered in different teaching ways, and I think the recording options are an excellent way to test your progress. My accent and confidence have improved and it makes me keen to use what I have learnt in public.

Rocket's approach also makes it so easy to go back and review any lesson / subject at any time, and the use of My Vocab and Notes means you can keep a permanent record of those words and phrases you find tricky to remember. I would recommend Rocket to anyone wishing to learn a new language or needing to take their knowledge of a language to a higher level.

After trying to learn something from free online French courses, I realized that they generally don't really work. The vocabulary does not stick, and the grammar rules are often not explained well. Hence I figured I should spend some money to purchase a more professional course in order to get some actual results. I ended up with Rocket French, of which I now finishing two chapters (~20 lessons in total). And indeed, there is a world of difference:
1) The concept seems thought through; people say it is repetitive, and I tend to agree. However, the amount of repetition seems just right: I still remember all the words from the lessons I took one month ago. 2) Motivation remains high, even after weeks. The amount of new stuff introduced in each lesson is neither too little nor too much. As an exception, I want to mention lesson 2.9, in which I felt overwhelmed. 3) The native female speaker does a remarkable job, not only giving an example for good pronunciation, but routinely using voice inflection to emphasize the meaning of words, which is really helpful. 4) The provided material about French culture and the tips for effectively learning languages is also quite nice.

I have been learning French for the last 10 years using a variety of methods including books and Rosetta Stone. I felt I was not progressing very well and nothing stuck which hindered my wanting to continue to learn. However, I found this site and tried the trial version and wow, just wow. In the space of a day I had learnt and memorised more French than I had in the 10 years of trying alternative methods. I have since bought the full version and I have no regrets whatsoever. The content is great and I love how you get to recite the same core content through all methods of communication (reading, writing, listening and speaking). I am already competitive on the leader-boards and I cannot wait to be able to use what I have learnt so far with my French pen-pal!

Rocket French is the best of the many French language teaching programs I have had experience with. I had a minimum amount of French training in high school and college just to meet the language requirement for my chosen field. Language learning at the time consisted of textbook, classroom and language laboratory exercises. For me this was torture as it took away from the time I could devote to the science and mathematics I needed to concentrate on to pursue a career in medicine. I am now retired but I have been involved with teaching students in other fields of education. Three years ago I decided to learn French. As I see it, the availability of computerized language programs of different varieties with voice recognition software has been a tremendous advance in language learning. I began with Rosetta Stone and enjoyed the experience and found it to be very helpful and I am happy that I had that experience. I also spent three weeks in France at an immersion school. I subscribe to Yabla which for a conscientious person can simulate an immersion experience in France. I enrolled in News in Slow French and look forward to their weekly output. Of course I also bought a book on French grammar and studied that.

For some people, learning languages is as easy as 1, 2, 3. They can visit a foreign speaking country for a week and boom, they absorb most of the basic survival words like "hello, good morning", "my name is", "thank you", and "geez you are so cute, what is your number".

Not me. I am as thick as a brick.

I have tried 3 different language providers before Rocket languages and all 3 do nothing but making my brain burnt.

Rocket languages use elearning method which is very convenient for me. I can set my own pace. Everytime I feel overwhelmed, I slow down a bit, go back to my previous lesson and/or have a day off. They utilise the logic of english language to make sense of french language so it just clicks easily. And have I mentioned Paul & Claire are very funny?

Rocket languages is a very fun way to learn!

I have been learning to speak French over a long period of time. I have tried many tapes and CDs. No program has been as effective as Rocket French. I love the interactive audio course. As I go over the materials a second and third time my language skills are improving. Since I purchased the program listening and writing tests have been added and has helped my comprehension of the language. I am happy with this program and I look forward to studying French and hopefully moving on to Spanish and Italian.

I love that the program is available to me for a lifetime. I haven't explored the support forums much but when I have they were very helpful and quick to respond. I am really impressed with this program, and after studying Level 1 and half of Level 2 I took a trip to Quebec and was able to communicate pretty well.

I'm happy that I can continue to study according to my own schedule and when I am ready to study another language, I will definitely use Rocket.
