Rocket German is one of the best investments I have made! The program has prepared me well for living in Germany.

My friends always comment about how natural my pronunciation sounds. I say it is thanks to Paul and Nik, and Rocket German!

I am 82 years of age.I retired from medicine (family practitioner) some two years ago. My paternal grandparents emigrated from Germany and settled on the land about the middle of last century.
I followed my father on the original land my Grandfather selected. at age 30 I felt the urge to study medicine.I did my matriculation studies by correspondence as well work the farm. I matriculated aged 40 and spent 40 tears as a medico. I mention the above for 2 reasons. firstly with our knowledge of neuroplasticity we now know age is no bar to learning new information. Secondly found my correspondence studies extremely helpful. I was able to study when most convenient as well carry out full time farming. That is why I find your course so wonderful. I can pace my studies. It is good for my brain! and I don't have to attend university and it gives me an affinity with my forebears! I highly recommend you course and gives me great pleasure to do so

Well I purchased German Rocket about 2 years ago. I did it cause I always had friends in Germany. German language seemed logical to learn after being always surounded with German people and being fascinated with their culture and country. So I completed the first 2 courses (Premium and Premium plus) and in a very short time and I started learning in a very easy and fun way. It was awesome! I loved how everything started to make sense and despite on what the general opinion is, German is actually a sweet language, it is not that harsh as it has been portrayed. I started the Platinum course but due personal problems I stopped my lessons despite my efforts to continue. But I love that I can always pick up where I left and I am getting back to it. I can choose the time and always get back on my lessons. There is no real language school here where I live and yet I have managed to learn a lot! My big test was just a month ago. One of my best friends got married to a German guy and most of the wedding was filled with German people.

I have tried learning languages years ago with books and tapes and more recently downloading files from Internet (Listening only, No text!) with mixed results. With Rocket Languages I sense that I am making better progress with more retention and importantly I am able to start thinking in German and not need to translate which is vital in achieving fluency.

Love it. It's fun and so convenient. I carry my IPad with me everywhere so I have my Rocket German to study anytime I have extra time. I am also studying German grammar and vocabulary books, but Rocket German is by far the most fun and most effective.

I had spent a year learning German from a book which suited me as a visual learner. BUT, the sounds and ability to speak everything I was learning seemed impossible! Rocket German has been amazing and I am able to move the words from my mind and into my mouth and so speak everything I have learnt in the course so far. The book has become neglected as I feel that I am improving much more with Rocket

I love this system and am using it for my third language. I have used many other methods, including Rosetta Stone, Pimsleur and a two week language course in Italy and found the Rocket programs superior in that the grammar is part of the method, which is essential in becoming fluent in a language. The conversations are believable and typical of what one might need to say while traveling. They also provide a basis for formulating independent ideas for conversing while traveling. Bravo ... I moved to Germany with my (then) boyfriend, to learn more about him and his family/home/friends. I had no German at all and had to learn everything from scratch. I completed an intensive course through the local Volkshochschule and started working at the DeutschePost with my limited language. We stayed for 6 months and I wanted to learn more, but had limited opportunity or know how, trying Berlitz (too condescending and not real, everyday language) and another course, also I bought grammar and verb books. Very patchy results. Then I stumbled upon Rocket German and tried the free trial, and signed up immediately after receiving only 3 of the free lessons. I was impressed with the immediate results and the ability to be flexible with the language. Over a period of 6 months I did the first level at Premium, and learnt enough German to speak with German customers in my role as a dive master in Thailand. My partner and I returned to Germany and were married there (keine Uebersetzung!) - I made a speech in German at my wedding and impressed everyone with how much my language had improved and deepened (und ich sagte "ja, ich will" and signed my life away! :) in German.

Rocket German is AWESOME! (I have always wanted to learn German, as my grandmother was German.) The lessons and online resources are incredible!!! I am now easily learning German on a professional basis! I truly believe that this is definitely the best money that I ever spent on myself!!!

This is a great learning source for a ton of languages! This allows you to learn great! Paul and Nik always review what you have learned so you remember. My Level is a great way to test your skills! Let's blast off into language learning!
