This is as much fun as Deutsch war sehr schwer mit Pimsleur! My high school Spanish is maybe not as rusty as my German was. I am gliding thru these classes with ease and with great enjoyment. As a native French speaker being back in a Latin language helps a lot!

it's very interesting site, about me, I found it very useful to me because I have never heard a Spanish word before, and learning Spanish, it seems to me like an impossible dream my ears are not familiar with Spanish sounds, but with your help I think this dream is in my hands.thank you

So far so good! I like it better than Rosetta Stone and some other packages that I have tried. I have traveled in Russia, but my language skills were 'survival level' at best. I am hoping to pick up my game.

Before our last trip to Italy we purchased Rosetta Stone, lost interest after about a month and didn't learn as much as we had hoped. We are going back this year, so I decided to try another program. Someone suggested Pimsleur, so I got a trial edition and quickly realized I would pretty much wind up illiterate but be able to speak some Italian. This may be all some people are looking for which is fine, but I wanted to be able to read and write also.

After Googling Italian Language I found Rocket Italian, the reviews were great so I tried it. Rocket Italian has the best overall lessons that I've seen. They start out easy so you have some early success, then get progressively longer and harder. You can repeat as much as you'd like depending on how anal you are at getting everything right (that would be me) or move forward as fast as you want. I have a long commute each day, so I downloaded all the lessons to my Ipod and listen to them on my way to and from work.

I subscribed to the RAI channel as a means keeping track of progress. At first it seemed as though native Italians speak so fast I couldn't tell when one word ended and the next started, they appeared just be making noises, lol.

Rocket Languages is helping me prepare for my move to Rio De Janiero. Other programs I tried didn't seem to make much sense the way they introduced concepts. I really enjoy the way Rocket Languages sets up it's courses. Best program I've found so far. Muito Bem!

Granted, I am not a very disciplined student, but I have tried all of the language learning tools around I think... I like aspects of all of them, but not everything about any of them... I haven't been working with Rocket Italian for very long, but I am beginning to think that it may change all of that! I like the variety of presentations they take you through for each lesson - I originally took the stance that I didn't care about being able to write Italian, but as time goes on, I find that it not only helps you remember things, but comes in handy as you email more and more with Italian speakers. I liked that aspect of Fluenz, but other aspects bugged me... didn't really like Rosetta Stone... like Plimslur in my car, but only as practice, not really as comprehensive learning... so, I am thrilled with what I am finding with Rocket Italian!

I am trying the free 6 day course and its brilliant I would and will tell my friends about this course its the best one I have tried.I am looking forward to learning more as its fun also. Thanks Rocket French team

I have always wanted to learn Spanish, so when I found out that my library carried this as a free program, I was super excited. I just had to try it out! :) I LOVE IT! It is a simply great teaching program. It is amazing! I love that they take the time to teach you the Spanish alphabet, as this is something that none of the other programs I have looked at teach, and I always thought that I would like to learn it, like I would if I were a kid in a Spanish school, learning the basics, including the alphabet and sounds first. They do a great job with that, and have quite impressed me! Also, I especially enjoy that they teach you by you seeing the word in both English and Spanish, and then hearing it pronounced in Spanish. I think that it is a great way to get the knowledge and learn! I Love, LOve, LOVe, LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!! :) I highly recommend it!

After several free demo's from popular expensive language software programs, I came across Rocket Spanish, WOW! way more bang for the buck so to speak. Way better than the well known expensive language programs, Rocket Spanish is more fun interactive and interesting, it keeps you engaged throughout the lesson . Top Notch

Very well designed system of learning! Easy to grasp, great pace, and lots of bonus features thrown in. I uploaded the audio files to my iPhone and have been able to take them with me everywhere. Will definitely be back for another language or two!
