This is the 2nd time I buy this course , first time every thing work perfect, but now I cannot do any exercises because the microphone do not find the learning material. I have tried many solutions but nothing works. What am I suposed to do ?. I see on the Internet that I am not alone facing theese problems. I am not happy with this . Have a nice day. BEST REGARDS BJ. hANSEN

I purchased Rocket Languages last year, but haven't had much of a chance to practice. I emailed the question if there is a time limit that I must learn my language by. They quickly responded that I have a Lifetime membership. That is what I was expecting, and what they delivered. Very Good. I encourage others to buy their language product and not be worried about how long it takes to learn. And that even includes any changes and improvements that they make to the course in the future.

With that type of Customer Service, they can be trusted!!

I was trying to learn Arabic and I know only a little so I listen to them explain the numbers and I know my numbers 1-10 so I was listen and the numbers were mixed up like they said wahoud is 2 but it is actually 1 and it did the same mixed up thing the whole time so don’t waste your time on this app thinking there going to teach cause your just going to get mixed up with different words

Response from Rocket Languages

Hi Jacob - I am not sure where you are seeing that. I had a look through and all of our number lessons look correct. Can you please contact customer support and let us know exactly where you saw this?

The format is very interesting and easy to learn. The lessons are in bite-sized chunks and easy to memorise. I started about a week back and I am happy with the progress I am making. Thank you Rocket Languages!

Really GREAT ! lessons are fun and interesting.
Enough repetition for learning enhancement but not boring.
I am only half way through lesson two of level one and have learned so much. And when I have completed level one I will enthusiastically purchase level two.
THANK YOU ROCKET !!

I completed the trial of Rocket Italian and was suitably impressed to invest in the full course including levels 2 and 3. I really enjoy the lessons and have made more progress with this course than any other I have tried. I particularly like the ability to interact with the dialogue, the voice recognition, and the mobile app so that I can review/continue my lessons when on the move. Although I initially hesitated making a purchase because of the price, I rationalised the decision based on the fact that Rocket Language offered something better than learning from a book/CD audio course, and it's a lot cheaper and more convenient than attending classes or personal 1-1 lessons. I also realised that making the purchase confirmed how serious I was about wanting to learn Italian and sealed my commitment to doing it. In fact, given the quality of source material, and the ingenious use of tech, I regard my purchase as 'good value for money' and would certainly recommend Rocket Italian to others. There has clearly been a lot of work given to making this course as good as it is.

I like this program a great deal. It's very well structured and pragmatic. My only true complaint is the voice recognition software. I live in France and if most of the French can understand me then why doesn't the program recognize my voice?

This is my first week with Rocket Languages in French. I am a senior who used to be fluent in this language as well as others, many, many years ago. Some words and phrases do look familiar, but I am a bit overwhelmed at this point. And that has nothing to do with the program, which is excellent. It's me, I have to find my way back to studying on the internet vs. the class room. Is it beneficial to keep a vocabulaire, as we did when I first studied French, or do I simply listen and absorb it all; hoping my older brain will absorb and retain the material. I am excited to learn French in a totally different way than I did in the late 1950's. Comparing Rocket Languages to other offers, this one definitely get's 5 stars. I might want to add that Swiss German is my mother tongue, and now my every day language is English.
