Pronunciation of "Bicchierino" in lesson 3.2 etc

inconsistent vocabulary for "pork chop"
In the food lesson in Level 1, a pork chop is described as "Braciola di maiale" (in the audio lesson and the Vocabulary section), yet at 22:45 in the audio lesson, it is called a "bisteca di maiale". Is that intentional? Are they equivalent terms?
